It’s Harbor Freight, you are getting what you pay for. Though thankfully I’ve had pretty good luck with things I’ve purchased lasting a little bit before needing to be replaced. The staff are helpful and willing to help when you can find someone on the floor and the cashiers are pleasant enough.

I’ve put up with a lot from Harbor Freight. I don’t return tools with missing parts or the ones that are just plain junk. Let’s face it, we go here for disposable garbage. The final straw for me is that I can’t buy a toolbox. Period. I’ve driven 45 minutes with a trailer to find them out of stock, TWICE, online I can’t ship to store and they won’t let me pre-buy it and hold one day. I’ve recently started shopping the Joplin store and it’s MUCH better. It’s bigger cleaner and employees are actually helpful. Maybe Joplin will let me purchase my toolbox and hold it one day so I can pick it up without wasting a trip.

Rudest staff in Springfield. It’s literally as if the interview questions consist of «Are you of low class and have an extremely bad attitude with nil customer service skills?». No? Well, you’re hired!!! Ridiculous service
