Pro: good response time to come and do a furnace diagnosis
Cons:
–Overcharged for diagnosis,
–Correctly diagnosed, but failed to mention it was recalled item (heat exchanger),
–Never followed up as promised.
This was really the epitome of poor service. They came in and diagnosed the problem and suggested we get a new furnace because replacing the part would cost nearly as much. I mentioned that the part should have a lifetime warranty on it, and the response was «we’ll check into that». They then charged almost twice the original diagnosis quote because they «verified» their diagnosis. I have never heard back. I called another company and paid another diagnosis fee (which they credited after the work was complete). They immediately knew that the part was a recall item and included partial labor. I only had to pay for some of the labor.
I DO NOT recommend using this company.
