It literally could not be easier, and Craig is a super nice guy to boot. I had no appointment — just saw him in the break room — he dropped what he was doing, told me how things worked and what was wrong, pulled the replacement part out of his briefcase, I went to a meeting and he politely dropped it off fixed about 20 min later. I couldn’t have called anybody’s customer service in the time I spent on this; likely I couldn’t have found the customer service number. Really great.

Craig did an amazing job replacing the screen on my iPad. The iPad had been dropped against concrete steps cracking the screen and denting the case. Craig not only replaced the screen but also greatly reduced the dent in the case and returned the iPad in less than 24 hours.
