I would love to review their work. But this being the third day they have put me on their schedule and not shown up, I have no way to judge their services. I understand how their particular niche is super busy this time of year. But not clearly communicating with your customers is not excusable. If they didn’t already have my credit card information, which they require before they will put you on their«schedule», I would be finding someone else right now. Update: Once the service technician arrived, I was pleased with the work he did. He was very pleasant and thorough.
