It’s A Wrap

I used It’s A Wrap this year for my husband’s birthday. We had just relocated to Springfield and he started a new job. While browsing for a gift to have sent to his office I found out that It’s a Wrap offered singing telegrams!
I decided to call on the phone and spoke with Lisa. She was so friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. The morning of his birthday a giant pink bunny arrived with a balloon bouquet and my custom card: «Unlike an Edible Arrangement that is gone in a day — the embarrassment from this delivery will last a lifetime! Xo»
His co-​workers all had a great laugh and my husband was a great sport about it.

Wonderfully helpful, creative, flexible and interested in the happiness of the recipient. If you need a floral /​balloon deliverry in the Sprigfield area — this is the place to call. It is hard to express my appreciation for Lisa’s help. Plus we got ALOT of compliments on the arrangement from the guys!

Decided at the last minute that I should send my 3 year old granddaughter some balloons for her birthday. I work in CA and it was nearly 10:00 PM PDT. I googled balloon delivery and came upon the phone number for this business. I decided to call, figuring I would get a message with their business hours. Surprisingly, even though it was midnight in Springfield, Lisa answered the phone.
I explained what I needed, she gave me a few options, I chose one, and she said «No problem she would deliver the next day around noon. The next morning, I learned the party was not at the house but at Lincoln Park. I emailed Lisa of the change, she responded almost instantly, and delivered a very cute and age appropriate balloon assortment on time
I was expecting a charge of anywhere between $ 50 – 75 for such late notice but the charge was less than $ 30. Above and beyond customer service at a very reasonable price – what a great experience!
