I’m very impressed with the customer service at Jersey Mikes. I recently posted a complaint about an employee that prevented me from getting my food. I promptly recieved direct contact from management about the situation. I went back recently and was able to try the chicken ranch sub. It was fantastic. The regular sub is plenty to fill me up, I could only eat half. I loved the sandwiches and will be goinf back to the clean kept joint again.

We moved to the Ozarks from Philly eight years ago. We have finally found a true cheesesteak worthy of the name here in the Ozarks. There are several places that are close but are off in some aspect. Not Jersey Mike’s. Today we all agree that this was like eating on at our favorite cheesesteak place. We will be back. Glad we stopped.

I’ve only visited once so far but I was a fan! GREAT subs and getting it «Mike’s Way» was a good recommendation. Everything tasted like high quality and more what I’d expect from a very good NON chain! This place is in a highest category for me when it comes to chain restaurant subs, alongside Goodcents, my favorite… even higher than Jimmy Johns and Schlotzsky’s(not in the lesser subs group of Subway and Quiznos). I guess I have a whole little hierarchy started up in my mind, who knows… but Jersey Mike’s is way at the top. Clean with friendly, fast service.

This place smells great when you first step in! I asked for the more popular sun. I got the #13. An Italian classic sub. It’s awesome on their rosemary bread! Great tasting sub!!! Great customer service as well!!! Laid back atmosphere. I will definitely come back!!!

Sandwiches. Meat and cheese and stuff. I will try to write an engaging, interesting review on sandwiches… here we go. Lol. Jersey Mike’s is good. It’s better than you can make at home, but it’s not gourmet. No crazy cheeses or bacon jam… Just meat and cheese. Granted, I did order a turkey and provolone sandwich on wheat bread, so maybe my choice was boring. I don’t know. It’s set up like a subway, where you order, get your toppings, and pay at the end. Ordered my sandwich from a young gal with way too much makeup on… And fair warning, their mini size is plenty big enough. They definitely don’t slack on the filling, so a ‘mini’ was a full meal, at least for me. Next stop was a a guy whose first words were«you want this Mike’s way?». I had no idea what that meant other than there was a mysterious concoction about to be squirted on my sandwich. No thank you. Just mayo. Bless his heart. that mayo was a work of art. It probably took him a full minute to put it on my bread… I also watched him put tuna on someone’s sandwich, and it was heartbreakingly slow. It was a fabulous job, and I guarantee that person got no tuna overflow… but mercy. Slap it on the bread and let’s roll. You have hungry people waiting. Next stop, payment. Lady was asking for money before the mayo was done, gave me my cup, and I had to hover awkwardly behind other people paying while my sandwich was being finished. I don’t know if they get prizes for ringing people up quickly, or a new car… but this lady was all about ringing me up as quickly as possible. Apparently they have some sort of club or punch card… but I didn’t hear anything about it during the nascar pit crew experience I had while paying. Sandwich was good… except it is a LOT of bread. It’s almost like you get two top halves of a loaf. Towards the end, I gave up and just ate the turkey. There is also an extraordinary amount of cornmeal on the bread. I like nonstick just as much a the next girl, but this was overkill. Maybe that’s the Jersey way to do things? Everything to excess? Anyway, good sandwiches, customer service could use a little tweaking, but all in all pretty good.

The subs are okay. nothing earth shattering here. They don’t have pepper jack and will not toast your sub. Priced fairly for what you get, but not a place to go out of your way to visit.

Decided to finally try Jersey Mike’s today for a late lunch. Boy i’m glad I did. I ordered the famous philly and it was the best cheesesteak I’ve ever had. The meat was hot, cheese was melted, it was awesome. I know where i’ll be coming when I get a craving for east coast flavor from now on!

The bread is baked fresh and you can tell. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable for a first time visitor. We had the buffalo chicken and chicken bacon ranch, both were great. The vegetables were clearly fresh. Better than subway hands down and worth every penny. Their regular size was filling even without a side it’s about eight inches or longer and very full.

This sub sandwich shop is like non other… in a great way. They offer fresh baked bread, meats and cheeses freshly sliced upon ordering and a friendly staff. The atmosphere is nice with a large open plan. Any time I want a fresh sub, this is my go to place. They definitely have my business and recommend them to anyone looking for a good priced quality sub.

Came for lunch with a coworker. We both had Philly cheese steaks. Mine classic his chipotle. First off ordered the regular not the giant and glad I did. The giant would be lunch and dinner or a good choice for 2 people to split. Our sandwiches came out fairly quick and piping hot. We both really like the hot cheese mixed in the meat. Made for a rib sticking lunch that probably isn’t going to be on anyone’s diet plan. The place offers standard sub shop fair like chips, cookies, and pop. Salt and Vinegar chips with a machine lemonade topped off my meal. Overall the filling was good, the bread was ok, and the side options pretty standard. This place is easily going to become part of our lunch rotation.

Jersey Mike’s is a good sub franchise. The one in Springfield is great. Ingredients are fresh and high quality. This is a franchise take on New Jersey subs, which are Italian influenced. You get a lot of ham, salami, pepperoni, and Philly cheese-steak stuff here. Meats and cheeses are deli sliced to order. Veggie toppings, while few, are high quality and always fresh. Every tomato I’ve had from here was ripe. Every slice of lettuce I’ve had from Jersey Mike’s was fresh and never had any brown on it. They’ll always ask you if you want it Mike’s Way, which is great if you love oil and vinegar and herbs and onions. If you don’t like any of those, maybe opt for your own toppings combo. You can get bacon for extra, and you can ask for mustard and other toppings(they’re just not displayed) on the counter. They also have a great rewards program and good coupons. Other things they offer besides sandwiches are salads(or «sub-in-a-tub» as they call them), kids meals, chips, drinks, and cookies. Oh, and the Rosemary Parmesan bread is to die for!

Awesome sub shop! My wife and I have visited Jersey Mike’s Subs a few times now and have yet to have a bad experience. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is nice, and the subs are really good. If you get the sub Mike’s Way, expect it to be a little messy because they load up the subs with toppings. I would definitely suggest and even take my friends and family to eat at Jersey Mike’s Subs.

Cold meats on two varieties of plain cold bread with plain cold toppings. Hope you like mayo or vinegar/oil. There is no mustard. Nothing gourmet, nothing artisan, and no pretense at a recipe in the whole house. The turkey, ham, and cheese is freshly sliced, and sliced so thin as to be transparent. It’s really difficult to see much value here. If you work nearby it may be a lunch option if you want some variety, but it doesn’t compare to the old Mr. Goodcent’s which used to occupy the same location and offered soup, salad, and pasta. Subway has nothing to fear from JM’s, as this comparable meal was nearly $ 9, about $ 3 higher than Subway’s combo, and Subway offers more variety. The counter people are friendly, it’s clean, the music is pleasant(country radio), and JM’s offers Pepsi products(thumbs down).

Being a first-timer I ordered a sub Mike’s Way thinking it would be awesome for a road tip home. Well it was horrible and fed it to the dog when I got home. If you go there as a greenhorn like please order ANYTHINGELSE! Good luck–

Mikes way is my way! You know I love sandwiches and if you didn’t you do now. This place makes a goooodddd sandwich. My recommendation? Get it mikes way– it comes with onions, tomatoes, red wine vinegar, olive oil and spices. Also they shred the meat right before they make it the sandwich. How cool is that?! It is thin and fresh. Lastly they are quick, even during rush hour you won’t wait long. P. s. They have a loyalty program– the more you eat the more you get for free!

This place makes a super Philly cheesesteak! Great quality good bread and no skimping on the filling. This place reminds me more of a deli than a sandwich shop.

This place is much better than I expected. With so many sub shops popping up around its hard to know. This location used to be Lenny’s so I was hopeful. Their checkout was very efficient which made it fast and easy to get your sandwich. To me their cold subs are where it is at. Their hot sub selection is less and didn’t look nearly as good as the cold Italian sub I had. They were very friendly and clean. This a central location in Springfield so people can easy navigate it for lunch.
