Just OK. I got the ham sub. Nothing special. I personally think Subway is better. Not sure what all the hype is about a sandwich.

Horrible horrible, right from the start. First off the cashier was so high that when my order of $ 17.10 confused him cause I paid him with a ten a five and two ones plus a dime. He stared at the money had to count it three times then started grabbing for change but realized there was none. Then ordered a sandwich with no tomatoes plus hot peppers. Well suprise! Got tomatoes and no peppers. So after looking for napkins for 5 minutes I stood at the counter and asked if in the napkin in my hand I could have some peppers. Well the girl working right in front of me started towards them but the weak chinned«managerish» type guy with no neck or people skills stopped her and said«can’t have items on the side»…what? What? Thought he was joking with me. But then he ignored me so I say«what?!» Then he says bring your sandwich up here and I’ll put them on it. Well had I not already opened it and put chips on wrapper then that wouldn’t be so difficult, but I had, so not happening. Well at jimmy johns even though your the customer it doesn’t matter what you want they are not there to make you happy. They are there to serve you fast garbage and move on, and not break«the rules» cause I’m guessing the corporate office sits and watches the store videos every night to see if items are given on the side so they can terminate that employee immediately. well the employees at the jimmy johns on north Dirksen are rebels and rule breakers cause they have done it before. And those guys have never made me wanna throw my sandwich at their face. Go to Monty’s or headwest, subway, penn station if you want customer service. there are way more options that shitty johns. No stars!

First and last time going to Jimmy Johns. Ordered a vegetarian sub and had high expectations based on the recommendation of a friend. Instead of a salad roll, I received a main order of cheese with a side of salad. Not much was left after throwing out most of the cheese.

Jimmie Johns is fast, but the staff are not very helpful. I am a repeat customer and enjoy the food, but the staff always seem more interested in talking with each other than attending to the customers(not just me). The atmosphere seems very rushed, even when we are the only ones in the place.

I like Jimmy Johns. It kept me fed during college and it’s great for a quick meal. Everything always tastes fresh. My one complaint is that they sure do use a lot of mayo. So much I wonder if they are owned by Hellmans. I always request no mayo. I’ve not had a bad experience here. It’s a chain and it’s fast food, take it for what it’s worth — a sandwich shop.

Not freaky fast at all. Ran out of sprouts. I had to remind them that I ordered 2 sandwiches not one and when we got home the«unwich» was swimming in mayo. Not my fav!

This location is a pain in the butt. I have been there twice now and both times my order was wrong. They weren’t busy and I ordered 2 sandwiches each visit. 1 sandwich(mine, sadly) has been wrong BOTH times and it is NOT that hard to get the order correct. I don’t know if the young men working there speed through things and don’t pay attention or if the person taking my order doesn’t take it correctly. I am inclined to skip my next visit to Jimmy John’s because I know my order will be wrong. Again.

I don’t get it! What is the big fuss about Jimmy John’s? Isn’t it a spin-off from Subway? Yes, they have a little more variety but that’s about it. Both are healthy for you. So, I’ll have to say that J. J is the same run of the mill mediocre sub sandwich shop.

I love this sub shop! The bread is incredible. If my boyfriend and I want to have a light lunch, we split a Pepe(ham and cheese).

I love J. J!!! I always get the big john(roast beef, shredded lettuce, tomato, and MAYO!), salt and vinegar chips, a big dill pickle, and a Barq’s root beer. It is always yummy! This location is our favorite. They are always SUPER friendly and cheerful. I think I want one now. Do you guys deliver to Pawnee? I didn’t think so. :(
