Eric and his crew have a solid operation. We’ve worked with them for several months now and they are very concerned with the experience their customers receive. They respond quickly to estimate requests. If you have had a fire or water damage issue, Kennco is one of the few locally owned companies with a long term track record who can handle your issues quickly and efficiently. My insurance agent is a big fan of Kennco as well.

I hired a friend to cut a tree down for me, long story short he dropped the tree on my house… I contacted my insurance company (who I trust) and filed a claim, I had no idea who to call for the repairs so I asked my agent if they have a list of trusted contractors and they recommended Kennco Construction, being an overly analytical person I asked them «why do you recommend Kennco?» their response was: «we trust them, we have used them for over a decade now and they deliver what they promise and their craftsmanship is second to none» well that was all I needed to hear so I contacted them and explained my delema, I was fortunate enough to actually speak to the owner, he dispatched a person to my house immediately, I think the guy was there within an hour of my calling, he promptly explained the process, then got on top of my house and started covering the damaged area with tarps, Im so glad he did because it rained that night!
They finished the job 3 days earlier than what they said it would take and they answered my many questions with honest answers, I respect that.
They did an excellent job on my house, I mean this place looks 10 times better than I ever thought it could, they even came to me with suggestions to improve other parts of my house. they definitely went above and beyond for me, I would recommend them to anyone who needs repairs, I’m saving up for a remodel in my kitchen, I will be calling Kennco for sure!

If I could I would give them no stars. The estimate said it would take 3 weeks. SIX MONTHS later they finally finished. Their favorite saying was «I’ve never seen that before». Not what you want to hear from the guys you are trusting to put your home back together. When there was water damage on a wall he tried to convince me there was a water pipe there, anyone could have told you there was no way there would be a pipe in this wall!!! Horrible company!!!
