A word of advice – take your business elsewhere. The dentist is a nice enough guy, however, I had tooth pain that resulted in me having to get a root canal and a crown. Over $ 1500 later and multiple visits later and my tooth still hurts. The worst part of this practice is the receptionist«Max». He refuses to work with any clients regarding payment plans and flat out lied to me about how care credit works(was stating that he could not accept care credit card, when he actually could but it wasn’t as lucrative for the dentist). My family and I were rescheduled multiple times when they overbooked appointments as well, showing just how«professional» this office is. My 3 year old son was also reschedueled, and once we got there, Max became rude when there was a simple insurance issue and blamed us for not knowing how insurance works. Isn’t that your job to inform what we need to do in order to receive your services? Save your money and your patience and move on to another practice who genuinely cares about their patients and invests in an office staff that is professional.
