I started having issues wit my vision for the first time back in October, so I had no idea where to start, and thank goodness I called LensCrafters! I couldn’t believe how helpful and understanding they were! They looked into my insurance before I went, and helped me in every step of the way during my exam, and picking out my glasses. They were very professional the entire time! I have now decided to get contacts, and once again they looked into my insurance. I love that I don’t feel pressured at all while I am there! They do FREE fittings and cleanings on my glasses whenever I need them. The staff is always super friending and extremely helpful. I could go on and on about the positive experiences I have had here. They get me in super quick for exams, and have my order ready for pickup in under an hour. A bonus is that they are located in the mall, so I can look around while I am waiting!

We had a great experience at Lens Crafters. The staff was very professional, and left us alone to pick out the frame my husband liked. They had a good selection and were knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. We picked up his frames in under an hour.
