L’Etoffe (The Fabric) is the best and only specialty fine fabric shop left in the Eugene-​Springfield area. Ina is a storehouse of knowledge and encouragement. It’s clear she loves fabric and sewing and helping people create. Treasures galore at a very reasonable price and special orders too. If you’re visiting Eugene, take a short trip across the river to Main Street in Springfield, which is full of its own charm. I’ve made L’Etoffe a regular stop when I’m browsing for fabric and inspiration. :-)

What a great find in downtown Springfield! A beautiful selection of fabrics from elegant to edgy and patterns you won’t find anywhere else (that I know of). Ina was really helpful with a mending challenge I had and of course I walked out with some more fabric! Well worth finding this gem of a shop.

If you would like to find the finest and most unusual fabrics of the area — this is the place to go. Beautiful. imported and of all types decorate this small, chic shop. The owner, Ina Mounir Celaya is there to help you if you wish and to browse if that is your inclination. She is knowledgeable, talented and experienced. There is a fine selection of unique patterns as well. If you are, as I am, always looking for something special and end up in the Eugene area, stop in and be surprised. I was and more than happy I did and will again.
