Libation Creations

My husband and I live in Seattle, and were planning a trip back to his hometown in Ohio. We recently got married, and wanted to have a party for his Ohio friends that couldn’t make it out to the wedding. We wanted it to be more special, so started researching mobile bartenders in the Springfield, Ohio area. Well, there aren’t many. I found Libation Creations because of their Unilocal page, and called Nichole. She is amazing. Awesome personality, attention to detail, super easy to work with, and fun to have around. We chatted over the phone about what I was looking for, and she agreed to put together a prelim quote and then we could meet in person once we arrived in Ohio. She came over to my mother in-law’s house and let us try all of the cocktails, tweak the recipes if necessary, etc. Everything she came up with was awesome! She made us a blackberry mojito, and a tropical punch– both were so refreshing and delicious, and I like that they were both vodka base, so people could switch back and forth between the two and now worry about mixing spirits. During the party, Nichole kept the drinks flowing, and would walk outside to make sure the beer drinkers had a fresh beverage, as well. This allowed our guests to just catch up, and have fun without having to go back inside for a refill. Our party was probably smaller than what Nichole is used to handling, and I wish she lived in Seattle, because I would definitely hire her to tend bar at our Halloween party!
