My husband recently had extensive back surgery and opted for in-home physical therapy. A good friend recommended LightHouse because her sister had great success with her therapist there. John Philippe Beauvois arrived the day we called and quickly established a rapport as well as a professional attitude and concern for the patient’s success. His positive attitude was contagious and his hands-on skills resulted in remarkable progress. The biggest surprise was when he walked to our house (and four other patients) two days after the big DC snowstorm because the roads hadn’t been plowed yet. A great place for us.

I just had to terminate the services of Lighthouse Healthcare. They were providing aides to help take care of my 87 year old mother.
The aides were caught more than once sleeping on the hob during the day shift, they were late on many days and the aides kept nagging us to hire them outside of the service.
The final straw came when an aide failed to arrive for her all day shift this past Wednesday. Then, the same evening, the aide arrived more than an hour later.
We were paying them about $ 10,000 a month for aide services. Imagine the «care» one would get from them if we were a smaller client.
