Went to buy a water heater and look at flooring for my house. Not one person helped out as my wife and 2 year old daughter kept trying to get someone to help for 2 hours. Every time someone would glance over that has seen us 4 times they would disappear. I called the corporate office and it was reported to the manager at this location. The manager did not care about me waiting for 2hrs for help. Can’t stand this store and I can’t wait for a Home Depot to come out here so I can be helped out.

Brought riding lawnmower in for warranty repair on the front wheel only. They did extra work on the motor that I did not authorize and then tried to extort money out of me. I refused to pay for unauthorized work and the manager would not let me leave with my mower without paying for the unauthorized expenses. I mentioned EXTORTION and he said that was the only option. My friend asked for the Regional Manager name and then he backed down on the parts but not the labor. Then, I get my riding mower back and there is a HUGE scratch/​dent on the hood where something backed into it. When you bring something in for work, it shouldn’t be returned in a worse condition. HOME DEPOT has my business from now on.

We were looking at new ranges and the sales lady in the appliance section didn’t seem to interested in making a sale. Looks like we will by elsewhere. All the other staff was friendly though.
