Love this place — growing up right around the corner, I order here all the time, great portion size, good prices, I also don’t hate myself afterwards! This is place for great Chinese food!

I would not normally have chosen this spot were it not for a local Unilocal friend who has frequented this restaurant for many years. How nice when you are trying a new place for the first time to have your expectations not only met but exceeded. It was not terrible busy when I entered; I ordered the Spicy Garlic Chicken with fried rice and an egg roll, literally from start to finish it was on my table within 5 minutes, a very good sign. The speed at which my dish was cooked indicated an extremely high wok temperature and at first bite, the fried rice had that all important «Wok Hei» flavor, in fact the entire dish permeated with it beautifully. Archiving «Wok Hei» without burning the food requires a great deal of skill which these folks obviously possess. Fried rice has always been one of my bell weathers when it comes to Chinese American food, I’m usually disappointed more often than I am pleased but Main Garden does it right! The Garlic Chicken was spicy, the vegetables cooked perfectly with good texture and the sauce was delightful, although geared more toward American tastes. An egg roll can be another potential red flag if it arrives sopping with grease from the fryer, not mine, it was crispy crunchy without a hint of excess oil. Proper fry temperature are crucial to producing good fried non greasy products, Main Garden has mastered the time and temperature ratios nicely and serves up some very good Chinese American food.

As an acres resident, I’ve been coming here forever. They’re quick with delivery and their food is very good. They’ve definitely got the best hot mustard in town!

I have been coming here for years. The make the best chicken wings and pork fried rice. I highly recommend this place.

This place has reasonable prices and it’s great they deliver. It isn’t the best Chinese food I’ve had, even in the area, but it is very decent. Their pork egg rolls are exceptionally good.

For a small restaurant the food is quite good, portion, and price is the same.
