Don’t buy liquor here! It is all watered down and over priced!!! I was afraid of getting some disease in this place too! If you come to see a band, get bottled beer, and try not to touch anything or anyone!

A small bar(not a pub by any stretch of the imagination), sits in downtown Springfield, OH. It’s a locals place. Lots of locals talking about local things. Sat and listened to them for a bit while I had a couple Boston Lager drafts($ 3.50 each) before heading home. No complaints. It’s just a small bar with limited offerings, comfortable chairs and a decent looking patio. Bartender was friendly enough, though awkward in a way(didn’t seem to know how to strike up some conversation with a stranger). I think it would be a good place to hang out with if you knew some of the people or came with others. Watch out for the parking though as their lot is on a hill and I mean a steep hill. When you leave go out the alleyway as you’d need an 8 cylinder to get back up the hill.
