The real measure of a great restaurant isn’t that mistakes are never made, but in how the mistakes are handled. On December 9, I called in an order for a group of Cub Scouts — to be picked up between 6:00 and 6:15 on December 10.
On December 10, I showed up at 6, and no pizza. I told them who I’d spoken to, and showed them their number as an outgoing call on my phone the previous day, and they said «We’ll have them in 15 minutes, can you wait?» I couldn’t wait, but I could come back. .. and when I returned in 12 minutes, there was a pile of hot pizzas ready to go. And they’d adjusted my bill and kicked in a free movie rental, as well.
Not bad for a meal for 18 people that was running less than $ 2.25 a person before the bill was adjusted.
We have no problems continuing to order from them each time our Cub Scouts need pizza.

Worse than Pizza Hut. You can tell its frozen crust. Family Video knows they are doomed. Hoping crappy overpriced frozen pizza will save their sinking ship. Save the headache of being disappointed and order Lucas or Joe’s Pizza.

Love the cheesy breadsticks, especially the ranch that comes with it. The breadsticks are quite tasty. For me, the pizza is pizza, nothing special for me. Delivery was quick and the driver was friendly. Overall, good first impression.

For delivery I give it 5 stars — arrived 1 minute before the time we requested. Almost exactly what we asked for! Awesome! Hot and ready to eat! Delivery person smiled and spoke politely and nicely. Great!
Food was probably 3 stars. The pizza was good but I’ve had better — note that we’re also from NY so our standards are high. The cheesesticks we ordered though were fantastic! Awesome really! What brings it down to 3 for food is that they didn’t bring the garlic sauce I was so excited about and brought ranch instead. :(Overall we were pretty happy with Marco’s though.
