I was here for two different procedures a day apart from each other. The first was a CT scan the second day an endoscopy.
The first day I arrived only sat in the waiting room for about 20 minutes. Walked straight to the CT room, and was immediately given the test. Seriously in, and out in under an hour.
The next day I went in for my endoscopy. There was no waiting in a waiting room. Instead I was put in my own room with an IV started. Which was nice; personal TV, bathroom, and locker. I waited on the doctor who was running a little behind. About an hour later I had my procedure. When I awoke in my room there was juice, and snacks waiting for me.
Besides a couple of staff members who were short with me. «Mad because I kept asking the same questions. Excuse me for being drugged.» The other staff were ultra nice, and attentive. Cox has really changed since I was younger. Well at least this building has.
