Master Donut

Just had the absolute displeasure of visiting Master Donuts for the first and last time. I took my son to the local donut shop after getting his immunizations today as a special treat for him. First off, we were semi greeted with a «what do you want» sort of attitude. It was clear from the beginning that helping their customers was a major inconvenience. After our selections were haphazardly tossed in a bag we decided to sit down to enjoy our treats.
This is when things went from bad to completely unacceptable. The two women working behind the counter had what I’m assuming to be a friend sitting at the counter talking to them about her sex life. Very loudly and obnoxiously. After multiple uses of foul language and impressively loud and obnoxious talks of whether or not this women’s friend was only using her for sex i decided it best to leave.
On my way out the door I decided to talk to the employees and give them a little advice on what’s appropriate in the workplace. Especially with children a few feet away. The employees back was turned at the register still engaged with her friend at the counter. I stood patiently to be noticed until her friend mentioned someone was waiting at the counter. After I explained my stance on the situation I received a «ok. Sorry about that» while smugly turning back around towards her friend to continue their inappropriate conversation.
I will absolutely in no way return to this establishment. The building looks run down from the outside and only gets worse from the inside. The employees are completely what you’d expect from the looks of the place. Trash all around. Absolutely disgusted in the condition of the building, the business, and the employees they’ve chosen to represent the establishment. Would give a zero out of five if possible.

Good donuts… Super ignorant staff. If you don’t care about that then go for it but I don’t enjoy giving my money to rude people.

I haven’t been there in months due to rude staff. Today was no different — with dizzy dean’s opening soon on Q street, they may have to change the way they treat customers.

Don’t waste your time trust me! This place used to be the gem of Springfield now it’s anything to save a dollar and cheat donut lovers! The chocolate bars use to be rich and chocolatey now there’s barely enough chocolate on there to even call it a chocolate bar plus the drive-​through is rude and they always try to rip you off they’ve ripped me off to many times! If you need the dollar so bad just raise your prices again! Don’t give people back the wrong change and hope they don’t notice and then when they do you roll your eyes I’m done with once use to be my favorite place I will never go there again!!!

Such a disappointment! Donuts were very dry and bland. And the employee working the drive-​thru is extremely rude! Don’t waste your time or money…

Maple bars here are REALLY good! Donuts are fairly priced, but seem to have lack luster employees

Check this place out for your morning sugar rush! Delicious donuts and decent prices. Friendly staff, too; we bought four maple bars and they threw in another one for free!
