Dr. Mattax performed my LASIK procedure in mid-​January. I have been completely dependent upon contacts or glasses for years and years. I work long hours and by the end of the day, my eyes were killing me from wearing the contacts so long and eye fatigue.
I called Mattax, Neu, Prater and quickly received a consult. Dr. Mattax and the entire staff were all extremely professional and knowledgeable. Due to my crazy schedule, I actually scheduled my procedure FOUR different times. Brooke, surgery coordinator, was awesome and completely understanding of my needs.
Yes, I paid of a lot of money for this procedure, but the service and care I received was commiserate with my payment. I pay a lot of money for various things and get crap service and care. If you decide to do Lasik/​RPK, definitely consider Mattax, Neu, Prater.
