Straight forward and was very nice. Andy was the guy that helped me, he saw that I was student and led me to the student section. Broke down the bed choices and made everything very simple and easy. Didn’t not pressure me into buying things. Just let me rest and choose for myself.

I shopped around for a week to buy my first mattress post grad. The sales rep at Mattress firm helped me find many choices of beds within my budget and really listened to my needs. Best part was I got a good deal and they called 9 months later to make sure I still liked it and to see if I wanted to return my twin and upgrade. I did end up upgrading and I LOVE my single coil queen.

When I told the sales rep about reviews I’d read online about the brand of mattress Corsicana they were selling, he asked me if I believed everything I read online.
Well I do not sir believe everything off the internet but when there’s so many bad reviews on something you can about bet it’s no good.
