McDonald’s

Ithe manager night manager specifically there would be no hope for this location. Everytime something bad or could have been a bad she has always fix that and went above her job duties for instance again tonight I was asked to pull forward of course with fries not only did she bring me a size up from my original order she remembered the dipping sauce she did not charge me for the dipping sauce and she apologize for the wait I was very courteous before that good gesture I wouldn’t have continued my business with them at this location

this place is slow as ever. They pull you for every order you place in dt. This is on my way to work and I would stop and get breakfast which is not bed but do not for one second think that you will get an apology or a thank you or anything in this place very bad service. They don’t care.

I live by this McDonald’s and skip it for another one further away. The last time we were there ordered three burgers and one McChicken. Took 10 minutes for the burgers and they forgot the McChicken. So they had me pull up and we waited 10 more minutes while watching 6 people get there food behind us. We finally had to go in and they said they were backed up (what?) no sorry, nothing. Then the food tasted like crap. WORST MCDONALD“S EVER! Go somewhere else. They consistantly fail this is just one story of many, so we go to a different one unless we feel like waiting a half hour for crappy food and rude uncaring employees.
This is such a bad McDonald’s that I would not even bother to write a Unilocal review for any other McD’s.

I’m still waiting on my order. The lady behind me pulled up too and people behind us are doing the same. This being my first time here I can’t give that great of a review. Hurry up I’m hungry!

called in and asked if they were open at ~2, was told they were 24hr, but was neglected to be told relevant information: they were cash only at this time. Wasted trip.

The workers are upbeat, tidy, and never get my order wrong. I’m there about twice a month. Some months I might visit four times… especially in the summer. Ice cream!
A really long time ago, like maybe 10 years ago, this particular McD’s had some issues with employees. But that’s been fixed. The employees are upbeat and get my orders right.

This is the absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever gone to. I’ve given it more than enough chances and it consistently fails harder than the Cubs in the playoffs. The service is not only terrible but also rude.
The only reason I’d suggest ever going to this McDonald’s is so that when they inevitably mess something up you can write corporate McDonald’s and complain, which will then get you a $ 10 coupon booklet to use at another McDonald’s.
