McDonald’s

Anytime a manager is belittling an employee in front of a customer it’s just horrible customer service! We were traveling through a very long drive from Ohio to Oklahoma and we stopped at this McDonald’s. I was waiting outside in my car with my very old dog as my boyfriend was inside ordering. One of the employees (I wish I would have gotten his name) was cleaning the drive and had to take a break because of the cars lined up in the drive thru. He came over to my car and asked if he could get water for my dog. Without me even agreeing to it he was in and back out with water. As I was thanking him the manager on duty came outside yelling at him! She yelled that he was supposed to be cleaning the drive not playing with dogs. When he tried to point out the line of the drive thru, she told him very loudly to shut up! This is unacceptable! Shame on your managers for treating an employee like this! As she spends her time outside yelling the drive thru is now lined up with cars and it’s now been 20 min that my boyfriend has been Inside (where she was obviously needed) waiting on food! To the guy that was so very nice to me, I thank you! You should never let anyone speak to you the way that manager did! This McDonald’s will most certainly go on my list of places to never come to again. As someone that has been a Manager for a corporation and has also spent years in HR your managers are in desperate need of training!

This place is very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. My daughter wanted to trade her happy meal toy for a specific one and two staff members looked thru at least a dozen packed toys for her. The PLAYPLACE is amazing! A fun climbing toy that makes music for the little (3& under) and a wonderful maze and slide for the bigger kids. LOTS of seating in the kids area plus a drink machine so you don’t have to leave your kids. There’s also a foozeball table for the grownups. If you have kids that need a break from a long road trip then you must stop here.

A: Nobody cares about your lame sorority trip; it has nothing to do with the place.
B: Its McDonald’s. It’s legit for what you’d reasonably expect from a good McDonalds.
C: The lattes are made pretty well at this location.

My sorority sister and I made an epic marathon roadtrip — 2000 miles from LA to Chicago in 36 hours, and this was one of our refueling stops. I ordered a coffee while my sorority sister ordered 10 pieces of chicken nuggets.
Now, I understand McDonald’s is McDonald’s, and I don’t expect awesome service, great coffee, or gourmet chicken nuggets. BUT we waited 10 minutes for the chicken nuggets! In a drive-​thru! The one guy who seemed to working at 2am said that they would make the chicken nuggets fresh. I laughed a little because… what from McDonald’s is ever fresh? But that’s not why I’m giving 2 stars. I’m giving 2 stars because he should have warned us when we ordered that we would have to wait 10 minutes in a drive-​thru for 10 chicken nuggets. The point of drive-​thrus is quick service.
Anyway, the chicken nuggets came out hot and okay-​tasting. My coffee was… underwhelming.
