My experience: My parents AppleTV needed restored(due to botched update, probably) during Christmas break which required a microusb cable and a little patience. I went in and got a condescending attitude«this is for the network, you plug it into your network» and«there isn’t usb on the back»(which is completely incorrect.) I understand that often times the majority of your customer base doesn’t know computer from potato, but I came in FOR A CABLEFFS.(Luckily, down the street was a Walgreens and they had an assortment of microusb cables(which allowed me to fix the problem with minimal effort.) If you’re touting yourselves as Apple Specialists that have been in the business for 30 years, you may want to update your practices and experiences those 3 decades to the current day knowledge that your customers deserve. Again, thanks for nothing micropower. You are out of touch and irrelevant and may want to consider changing your name to nanopower or picopower.
