Mikey’s Pizza

There is a lot of great pizza in Springfield, this one still rises above the rest. The cracker crust and perfectly sweet sauce is too good. The price is very competitive and service is excellent. It only gets 4 starts because they do not deliver. Luckily I live very close but it would just be more convenient if they offered that service.

My boyfriend and I were tired of the normal pizza spots so we tried Mikey’s. Their service was prompt and kind. Honestly, I would say it’s some of the best pizza in Springfield. I was very happy with the Fat Jackie that we ordered. Fair pricing with great, fresh toppings. The crispy cheese oozing off the edges would have to be my favorite part!

The Fat Jackie and Cheeseburger pizza were awesome! The décor is Scarlett and Grey, just like any respectable Ohio restaurant. Our server, Hunter, was friendly and dreamy. I imagine he probably saved a litter of kittens before his shift at work.:-)

I am on the road for work and this was great pizza a short drive past all the run of the mill fast food chain restaurants. The price is excellent and Mikey himself is making the pizza!

Pretty tasty Thin Crust Pizza! I ordered the Meat Xplosion and the Veggie pizza. The crust was crunchy. Very delicious! I guess the downside is they don’t deliver (dine-​in/​carry-​out only). Still worth the trip though! Will definitely order from Mikey’s again.

Ok, first of all, who would have guessed that this is a good location for a pizza place? Happy neighbors in the neighborhood are happy once again.
Enough of that. Mikey’s is awesome! Crackery, thin crust pizza, cut into squares, cornmeal on the bottom. The crust is unique. It has a great texture and the inner squares support the toppings no problem. The cheese is also really good. My pie came out GBD, Golden, Brown, Delicious, just like the pizza I would make at home if I lived in a pizza restaurant. Mikey’s is on point.
The interior looks great. The renovations were done by the owner. This is not a franchise, it came from the brains and effort of one of your neighbors.
Local pizza shop now open on Harding Rd. What else do I need to say? Go get it. Five stars.
