Breaking your phone is hands down an awful feeling. MobileZone, specifically Vamshi, made it all better! I did my research and the going rate for a broken LCD (Samsung note 5) is around $ 250, but it was harder finding good reviews until I found this store/​location.
I was impressed with how much they cared and asked if I had insurance before fixing it. I was even given my pick to a new case so I could protect my phone.
I highly recommend you coming here, they took my worries away. Thanks Vamshi!
FYI. If you haven’t been to the new Springfield Mall since the renovations, get there asap. Best mall in area!

Great place to get your phone fixed. Service is great Atif and Amir were really helpful and fast. Literally brought my phone in shopped around for tempur glass protection and a new case both were recommended to me by Atif. Once I paid for everything which was less than 15 minutes my phone was fixed and looked brand new. Atif was really nice he gave me a discount on the case and protection. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Will definitely be back if my phone needs a repair!

I dropped my phone and the screen shattered. I didn’t want to be without my phone for a whole day so I took it to mobile zone. They told me it would only take a 15 minutes. They called in a little over 10 minutes and said that the phone was ready! The staff was very polite, knowledgable and friendly.

After reading some reviews, I called the store and over the phone they had offered me a reasonable price. The gentlemen was very good and genuine. He offered a discount too. I didn’t want to spend too much to fix the 4s for my daughter and he was quick to fix it for me too. Would definitely go back if I had to. If you have a 4 or 4s, you should call in advance to check if the have a new screen or back case available.

Called ahead of time to see if they had my phone lcd in Stock to replace my cracked screen… I was told yes by the employee who guaranteed they had the part… I get to the store and the they did NOT have my part in Stock. I wasted a 30 min drive to this place. Terrible customer service!

They offer a 90 day warranty on their screen fixes, and they honor it to the end, which was needed, as the screen ended up being defective. They replaced it and everything is great now.

Great customer service. I needed a new screen for my iPad mini, it was cracked. They were able to replace the screen in 1 hour and were nice about it. I highly recommend these guys.

Stopped in here looking for a protective case for my new HTC phone. The gentleman was very pleasant. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me the different color cases he had on hand. I couldn’t make a quick decision so he helped me out by opening the package and set it all up for me so I could see my phone with the cover and all. Still undecided. Then he took that case off and put my phone in the second color choice. I went with a girly pink case. He was patient and waited while I made a decision. We bartered a bit and I was able to snag a good deal.
Great service! Glad I stopped by. I asked him if I could take a few pics inside for Unilocal and he was totally ok with it.

Place is a legit store with a large location inside the mall. They are right next to the Target inside the mall.
I came in to have my wife’s cracked iPhone 5S repaired. They repaired it in 15min on the spot for $ 100.
I was expecting to leave it for an extended period of time and have to return hours later to pick it up. So it was nice they got it done so quickly. This is the first place I’ve been to where they can do the repair so fast; 15 minutes! Seriously I timed them! Lol.
The staff was nice and friendly and they had plenty of things to look at while I waited; cases, phones, chargers, etc.
I’d come back to this place in the future.

THIS is the PLACE to go to get your phone fixed. Spectacular customer service! Atif the owner and store manager completed my IPhone glass repair in a timely and professional manner. My phone looks brand new! He is very personable and down to earth. That is much appreciated! Reasonable price and cell phone accessories as well! Much Mahalos Atif!
