Scammers that will keep everything they can. Work relocated me and the buyout was two months of rent… fine…but then they kept my security deposit in full. Had a walk through with agent and nothing was notated as deficient yet was charged a cleaning fee (along with a non refundable $ 250 carpet cleaning fee) and painting after myself an OCD clean freak who lived there two months moved. They ended up renting the house out the next month so double dipped and collected rent twice! Very bad business ethics… BEWARE…take the time to look elsewhere!!!
