I love this place !! I was raised in the south and this is the best BBQ in town for me ! It is a must try ! Pat and Hal are super awesome to work with for events ! Be careful. It’s addicting !

Very good ribs, lots of meat. Nicely smoked but I do not like their rub or sauce. Leaves a lingering taste of cinnamon. Prices are normal for bbcue around here. I think that they are open mainly on weekends, although not every weekend apparently. 4 stars for quality.

My boyfriend and I recently purchased a few things from No Swine Left Behind. While we were tempted by the«one of everything» option, we narrowed it down to ribs, pulled pork, baked beans, and coleslaw. I thought the ribs were pretty tasty. As this was my first time having ribs, I had nothing to compare them to. My boyfriend thought they were so good that he finished them off in one day. The pulled pork was juicy and not over cooked. We tried it plain and with sauce. Both ways were delicious. Even though the packaging makes the portion look small, we got several meals out of it. The coleslaw was very fresh and light with a unique blend of spices. It definitely isn’t your standard, store bought, mass produced cabbage and mayo coleslaw. The baked beans… now, there is a treat. I am a fan of baked beans. Not the canned versions with metallic tastes and chemicals you can’t pronounce. I mean real, homemade baked beans. They were perfectly cooked and perfectly flavored. Sweet, spicy, smoky, and cooked without being mushy. I ate far more than I care to admit. The bottled barbeque sauces are also very good. We bought one bottle of mild and one of the hot. I have used the mild version on just about everything. It has a nice smoky flavor that seems to go with everything. My boyfriend really likes the hot version, it has a little more heat than I prefer. The guys who run this place are top notch. They are personable and you can plainly see that they are passionate about what they are doing. It really is more of an expensive hobby for them than a job. I may be a little biased though, I’ve known Pat for over a decade. The location is a little out of the way but it is well worth the trip to get there. We will definitely be visiting again soon.
