By far the best banking experience I have ever had. I have been a loyal member of NWCU since I was old enough to open up a Share Bear account (their youth savings account)… which means I was about 8 years old or so… and I am now about to be 28… that is 20 years of great service. Since moving to the bay area 5 years ago, I have been able to maintain my account with them and use one of their many shared branching locations here in the bay area. It has been incredibly convenient and super efficient.
Recently my credit card and debit card numbers were aquired by an unauthorized user and NWCU caught the suspicious activity before even one transaction could go through. That is superior service if you ask me. I wouldn’t dream of banking with anyone else. They have all my current business and will certainly have all my future business!
