Unlike the other reviewer, I had a completely different experience. This person wanted something free, no less. I had ordered three of NRG-X’s products from an online supplement store. Someone from the store contacted me, explaining they were out of one of the products and were going to have NRG-X ship me the order directly. I emailed NRG-X for confirmation and honestly received a reply within ten minutes! ON A SATURDAY! I emailed again with a nutrition question and was again quickly taken care of. I feel that I was treated with nothing but respect and professionalism and can’t wait to get my products.

This company offered free samples of their sleep aid, and, after contacting them regarding the difficulty I had in attempting to sign up for this sample, I received a very juvenile and bratty response from Joshua Smith, the owner, no less. It’s amazing that this person’s sensitive ego superceded his realization that even if you«feel» the customer is wrong, there is no excuse for such rude, childish behavior. Maybe it felt good for him to vent his spleen against a simple little potential customer, but, ultimately, such rash and immature behavior does not bode well for this business. I wouldn’t do business with this jerk under any circumstances. I hope his spiteful spewing turns out to be worth it.
