My husband surprised me with a bamboo massage as a Christmas gift. The spa is decorated nicely and has nice amenities like personal changing rooms and a relaxation room with warm neck towels and coffee/​tea.
My Massage Therapist was Kina. She did an awesome job with my massage. I asked her for firm pressure and she delivered. I had never had a bamboo massage before. I really liked it. The therapist used smooth pieces of bamboo to roll out some of the knots in my back. If you like firm pressure, I would definitely recommend Kina and a bamboo massage.
Pricing here is pretty much on-​par with other spas in town, but I feel like you get more personal touches here. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

I received a gift certificate for a bamboo fusion couples massage with my wife. It was a very nice experience. Private changing rooms, robes and socks were provide. The massage therapist were very professional.

Awesome massages. I was looking for a place that would be similar to Wellbridge of Clayton (in St. Louis) and didn’t think I would find something in Springfield. but I was proved wrong!
This place is a gem! The facility is clean, the masseuses are good and they are always running some special or another. The atmosphere is very relaxing and you never feel pressured like you may at other places. I have only had a massage and pedicure done so I can’t comment on the other services. Ask for Adrian for deep tissue.

While the atmosphere is nice, I found the services to be sub par. I had the mini escape special, which included a mani or pedi, 30 minute body scrub and 30 minute massage.
–The body scrub was mildly relaxing, but did not really exfoliate.
–I told the masseuse that I had tension in my neck and shoulders. She spent the entire massage on my neck and upper back and I was still tense when she was finished. I have never had this problem before.
–The pedi was the best of the three services and I left with nails cut at a slant.
All in all, I was very disappointed and would not recommend this spa to others.

Very serene atmosphere. Jodi gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Also had bikini wax done by Serena, who was awesome as well. I had an excellent experience.
