Complete mess they have discount signs in front of clothing not on sale. theres stuff everywhere When you go to checkout its a long shot that you get the discount you think your getting.

Very slow and the store is a mess. It’s disappointing. Trying to find the right size alone is a mission, but if you are actually just browsing, good luck.

A complete mess! Please clean up the store so I can find my size. I walked in and left within minutes because I was so frustrated. I’m heading back to the Winwood store because it’s so neat.

I actually love old navy, but not this store in particular. The kids section always looks like a tornado came through. Hard to find anything and it’s just not neat. I will actually drive out to king of Prussia mall because it’s much more organized. It also takes forever to check out, because they have usually one person on at the register. Just not worth the aggravation. I basically stay away from this shopping center altogether. Parking is horrendous and people drive like maniacs.

Pretty standard for an Old Navy, but they lose major points because despite having 10 registers available there is rarely more than 2 open. The line to check out is always insanely long and insanely slow moving. If you think you can get in and out, think again.
