I’ve been to this store four times. Each time seeking help with plant deficiencies/problems and looking to purchase product to fix said problems. Of the four times visiting, I was actually «helped» once. The three other times, I was lectured about how I was doing everything wrong, I’ve caused a disaster, etc. When in all actuality, the issues were minor, I was there to make sure they didn’t become major ones. Further, I don’t need nor appreciate lectures, and certainly didn’t ask for it. You could have made a long-time customer, but instead I’m taking my business elsewhere. Three strikes you’re out. … and don’t expect me to recommend you to anyone either, quite the opposite.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices were comparable or cheaper than places I’ve been looking at for what I purchased. I look forward to going back.
