Located in a welcoming, professional, shared office space. Getting a hold of someone through the phone number listed on the website was next to impossible. I called 7 times and finally caught someone once. Even after getting to the building I waited an hour because the receptionist couldn’t contact anyone through the number they had listed. She finally sent them an email and contacted them that way. Try calling this number instead, it’s their direct line: (202) 446‑1487
After finally meeting with them, the people were courteous, helpful, and polite. My boyfriend and I both got our passports through the 6 business day service and they got the job done.
Be careful to make sure your passport photo is recent and your whole face is visible. I had some hair over one of my ears and had to run down the street to CVS And have my photo redone. There are several CVS’ not far from there that do passport photos.
Overall, aside from the long waiting times (which hopefully will be avoided in the future now that I have a proper contact number, it was a decent experience. I’m just glad I got my passport in time.
