I stopped in on a Saturday at 10 and I recognize it a busy time but I asked one of the employees what the wait time was and she said ’ there are several people in front of you you need to wait’ in what I would call a soft yell. I decided to leave, they did not seem to care about customer service at all so I did not want to waste my time.

Didn’t even get an appointment. Receptionist answers and I asked if they accepted walk-ins. She said no but that’s ok I’ll just make one. I asked when the next one was and she rudely interrupted me saying my phone is breaking up with a vicious attitude, and I tried to ask again and she hung up. I was calling from my living room, not out my car window. I don’t even want an appointment if the staff is so rude. It seemed like she didn’t want to even be bothered with me.

Finally got my glasses in, a week after they had promised they’d be done. Unhappy to report that they’re horrible quality. Not only is the right lens misaligned with my actual pupil, but both lenses creak inside the frame every time the glasses are touched, and seem to smudge with no apparent provocation. I will be returning them for a refund.
