Varieties of size, you can choose between 6, 8, 10 and 12 inches. Bread was nice and crispy. Staff was nice and patient. Only thing I found odd was they add pizza sauce in some of the subs. Which I don’t think it goes well with Philly cheesesteak. They have fresh cut fries, not necessary crispy but not bad either.

The food was great! My Ruben was amazing fries where really good there fresh lemonade was tasty, I did wait about 8 min for my food but it was steady. Restaurant was very clean and the staff was attentive. There ketchup dispenser was broken that was slightly annoying. But overall I would recommend you to try it out. Plus on Tuesdays you get a free cookie what’s not to like about that!

Very disappointed with my experience here. I ordered a veggie sandwich and had a simple request that the employees wear gloves and don’t contaminate my sandwich since I have allergies. The way the employees prepare the sandwiches is extremely unsanitary and dangerous. They grab raw meat and then touch other things(subs, cheese, toppings) without washing their hands beforehand. They also don’t wear gloves/nor wash their hands frequently or at all. The person on the register took our money and then didn’t wash his hands and didn’t put gloves on when touching food for the guests. When the employees were making my sandwich they were angry and unpleasant at my request that they wear gloves or wash their hands. I never thought a simple request as this could make the employees so upset. In other food service establishments, it is required to wash hands or wear gloves. Definitely not an allergy friendly establishment. The sandwich was not very good, The Sub Shop has way better sandwiches. The fries were greasy. I will NEVER come back here and will let people know of how unsanitary and unpleasant this place is.

I had no expectations when I stopped here and that is a good thing. Extremely slow service and then I see one of the employees coming out of the bathroom after about 10 minutes. The food was good. I am not a fan of natural cut fries but they were good for what the were. Sandwich was very tasty. I got the chicken cordon bleu

As far as a sandwich shop is concerned, you will be hard pressed to find one that is better. What else is really amazing about this place, is the fresh squeezed lemonade, yes, you read that right, fresh squeezed lemonade AND fresh cut French fries. The sandwiches are always fresh and perfectly toasted. The sandwich pictured here is the chicken Parmesan with sautéed onions and mushrooms. Absolutely amazing! This place really puts Jimmy Johns, Subway, Which Wich, Jason’s Deli and Quizno’s to shame.

Fast service. Their bread is freshly made and delish. Subs are all toasted with loads of melted cheese. All-around high quality subs.

Very slow service — took about 25 minutes for two sandwiches to come out for us. That’s pretty absurd compared to the five minutes or less most other comparable sub shops take to deliver similar food.(And this wasn’t during any sort of lunch rush or anything like that.) Sandwiches were reasonably tasty but extremely greasy. We both felt bad the rest of the afternoon after eating this meal. Inside of store is also rather cramped and claustrophobic. All in all, there are far better sandwich shops in town. We will not be returning.

I live closer to other sandwich shops, but now drive right past them on the way to Penn Station! The quality and service was awesome, and I’m in love with the Philly!

Very willing to accommodate our daughters food allergy. Hard to beat hand cut fries, which I prefer far and above a bag of chips. Overall, a pleasant dinning experience

A great alternative to your everyday sub shop. The fries are awesome & the people are friendly. I stop here every chance I get.

I came here thinking I was going to be blown away with an awesome sandwich. All that I got from here is disappointment and a mediocre sandwich at best. I had the Philly and assumed it would be good from an east coast franchise and I was disappointed. However, with that being said an employee did walk around and offer everyone a complimentary free hot cookie which was good. I probably won’t be back, there are many other sand which shops to visit in town with, in my opinion, much better food and a lot more reasonable prices.

Get the cheese steak sandwich. It is one of the best cheesesteak sandwiches I have ever had! I really like their bread and unlike other cheesesteak sandwiches, this one was very juicy!

I tried the Italian sandwich and it was EXCELLENT. The fries were good but nothing special. Next time I will go with chips. Can’t wait to go back.

We decided to try Penn Station due to the recent online daily deal for a free 6 inch sub. My husband and I both had a coupon. We took our daughter to eat, and even with two free subs — still ended up paying $ 19! :-O We both chose the artichoke sub — our daughter got the build your own. fries for each of us, and a drink for each. Without the coupons this would have been a $ 30 meal. For sandwiches. So I expected them to be super awesome — and while the sandwich itself was pretty awesome — the fries were just so so. The lemonade — not worth it either. I will stop by again to grab an artichoke sandwich — but leave off the other stuff. Its not worth it.

Very good sandwich and fries! Service was great and one of the better Philly cheesesteaks I have had at this type of sandwich shop. Will definitely return to try other sandwiches. And the chocolate chunk cookie was excellent!

I have been several times to Penn Station and every time has been great! Sandwiches made fresh, the bread is phenomenal. Fresh cut fries, several sizes to choose from(sandwiches and fries). If you want a unique, flavorful sub, come here now!

«It’s all about taste» as well as high prices and mediocre portions. I visited Penn Station subs one day for lunch possibly expecting something new or unique, but getting a pretty normal, almost sub-par experience. The selection of sandwiches offered are what you would expect for a hot sandwich place ie. Philly cheese steak, hot Italian, pizza sub, etc. I got the monthly special which was the chicken teriyaki sub. The price with a medium drink and a laughably small order of French fries(which are fresh cut and pretty tasty) ran up to $ 11, and that was just for«8 inches» of sandwich. The sandwich was pretty good and came out extremely hot. Overall, everything tasted pretty good and service was speedy. However, if Penn Station wants to compete with Q-sub, Which wich, Firehouse or any other place that serves up hot subs, they’ve gotta be unique. Give me a decent hot sandwich for less than $ 9 by itself, get creative and stop with the typical rehash of the Philly cheese and hot Italian subs, put some secret homemade seasoning on the fries, and for the love of toasty subs give more than 6 French fries on an order!
