My son was his patient since birth, and we recently had to change doctors because of his complete lack of concern(except to push to give him vaccinations all at once, which was something we wanted to stagger). He always seemed impatient when we tried to ask questions and/or mentioned concerns over issues, showed no warmth towards our son, and his office ended up using our insurance-covered free annual visits(7 in total) every time we would come in for various things like catch-up immunizations, unbeknownst to us, leaving us with only 1 visit to cover our child until he is 4, right now he’s 2&½. The icing on the cake is that his office charged us $ 10 for transferral of our son’s medical records to his new pediatrician, and only sent his records for 2011, neglecting to send his records from birth. We chose Dr. Percy after he was a guest of an expecting parents class at Overlook Hospital, and we should have known something was up when we went to his office and saw there was hardly ever any other patients there to see him. This doctor has obviously grown tired of being a physician and should consider another line of employment. Wish I could give zero stars.

Dr. Percy has to be the rudest pediatrician I have ever encountered. He has no bedside manner, doesn’t seem to like children and when I asked him for copies of my children’s files(as chose to move my chidlren to another pediatrician) he had the nerve to tell me he has 30 days to comply with my request! He is really rude and obnoxious.
