Just finished a two month tour with the great folks at the Pivot Springfield Office. This was my first venture into physical therapy so I was a bit skeptical at first but the staff made me feel very comfortable and were patient with me explaining what was to happen and how to do the therapy correctly. Sara and Mandy are very personable and encouraging and they clearly know a great deal about how to get where you need to get. They all helped me a great deal and I was pleasantly surprised with the results. They provided home exercises to continue on with my recovery and I am now a believer in physical therapy.

Staff, services, and equipment are all really good. I’ve been there for two different injuries and have always had a good experience. Physical therapists, assistants, and administrative staff are always helpful, friendly, and on top of things. Highly recommend.

Great staff and service. I went there with a sports related injury and they helped me get back to activities ahead of schedule. Sarah the therapist is knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend to anyone needing therapy.
