Horrible customer service. I called in an order for pick up. I went to pick up my order. I could see my order was done and sitting on a back counter. The girl at the register cashed me out. Then took out her cell phone made a call walked away got a soda. She talked and drank her soda completely ignoring me. I finally got the attention of another employee. I asked him if i could get my order. He then went and retrieved my order for me.

Thieves. We ordered an order for delivery and they called back that the card was declined. So we gave a different card number, just to avoid the hassle of trying again. So they tell us the second card was denied also. Meanwhile we check the bank account and it shows the payment went through for $ 28.75. So we go down there and they were ALL on their cell phones. They refused to reprint the last transactions to verify payment. They have the receipts saying«NOHOSTRESPONSE» meaning it is THEIR internet with the issue, not the card. We had the screenshot of the bank account showing that they WERE paid. he called us liars and told us our bank account info meant nothing. Awful. Terrible. Horrible customer service. WILLNOTBEORDERINGAGAIN. SHAME.

The girl who answered the phone was actually very nice, so I can’t agree with any of those complaints… the food though. WORSTCHEESEBURGERGRINDERIVEEVERHAD. seriously. It’s not a hard item to nail and they slaughtered it. So gross. The meat tasted off and it was one misshapen Patty cut up over a 16 inch grinder. First time ordering and Never again.

I love there wings but there customer service sucks and there delivery is just as bad but I love the wings that I deal with there horrible service and it never fails 7 years of me asking for extra blue cheese for my wings they never deliver it

I called to place an order and the girl who answered the phone was very rude, this is what happen, I have never ate there so I went and googled them to get their telephone number and I see they have a website, «cool i can check their menu». The very first thing on the website is a «pick up special«from 11am to 3pm, i see it was 2.58pm so i call to see if i can get the Sub special combo, which comes with fries and a soda, at 2.59 pm the girl answers, puts me on hold, 3.00pm she comes back on the phone and I said I would like to order your«pick up special» she was like«pick up special? ??» I said yes your pick up special with the sub, again she said«pick up special???, We have no «pick up special» we have a LUNCH special… and anyways its OVER already» I looked at the clock and it was 3.01pm I said well I guess I missed it by 1 minute, she said«yup» girl has no clue what’s right on the FRONT page of their own website and was very rude and talked to me like I was an idiot, I will never eat there because of this experience and i will never recommended it.

This is in the greatest Pete’s in town but is open till 3 o’clock on the weekends the new place is very clean and big but the kitchen takes up three quarters of the usable space it is only about 4 or 5 tables, granted it was never a eat in place but it would be nice to have a few more booths and maybe even some beer.
