I’ve been coming to this shop for the past year! I’ve brought 4 cars to them all of which I had remote start systems installed in them! The owner is friendly is straight on with the price. I wish I got a discount per car I brought but ehh whatever. Money is money! They did my car pretty fast and one car they messed up on on of the remote programming but overall a positive experience.

So I had a Rosen Electronics stereo installed in my Toyota Tundra at a shop in North County San Diego, CA. I had issues with the wiring harness adapter and the sound intermittently going out. Long story short, they showed me the quick fix. Being an active duty Marine, I ended up in the greater DC area and had a new hiccup with the stereo. Took it over to Pro Audio and the guys here diagnosed it and fixed it… free. No major overhauls required, just some wiring jiggling, plugging and unplugging. They had my sound going in minutes, shook my hand and wished me off. Great business! I will definitely be back.

They did a great job on my radio and did under an hour. I was very please with the work they did gave me good advice what radio to get. Going to come back for them to do a sub

I am so glad I went to this place! They had so many options and the guys working there were so friendly. I couldn’t decide what to choose and the guy that helped me was so patient and in the end I chose something that really fit me. Definitely coming back in the future

Just went to pro audio to just get a subwoofer and amp installed and bought some stuff from the shop but the job was done in a decent time and I love the work, I love the way my speakers sound. Good people!

Pro Audio totally took advantage of the fact that I’m a woman and that I do not know much about this sort of thing. They installed my system incorrectly, which I am just now discovering a year later after taking my car to the professionals at Best Buy to correct, who by the way did an amazing job. Prior to my recent trip to Best Buy I had to keep going back to Pro Audio for issues I was having with the system, and of course I was dishing out hundreds of dollars to them on each occasion. I do not recommend this company at all! Find a better, trusted source who is going to do the job correctly and won’t take advantage of what little knowledge you may have about these services!

Horrible place. I’ve spent 1500 cash on speakers amps and hid kits. And when one of my hid went bad. Two days after I bought it. The salesman and his brother offered me a different brand hid. Which is ok if he gave me two. But only offered me one. I did not except this because the color would be different. Long story short. I got 1 new hid ballast. Same brand as what I wanted and I told them I appreciate that.. But when the owners brother came up to me. He said. We don’t need customers like. You, And if that’s the case then we should all know what they think about returning customers. Not to mention on the way out the big owners brother said. I
«Ill break your face». That’s a threat and believe me I felt threatened but not worth calling the police. I work in the customer service industry. And I have never in my life talked to or heard of any one talking to their customers like that. Thanks for showing your true side. Their are many other speaker stores in the area. Pro audio just doesn’t cut it
