Unless you have a total inability to service your own bicycle, or are pressed to purchase a needed part on the spot. I would avoid this shop. Service department is a mix bag of hipsters and toss offs, who are more that eager to make you feel like a total noob/​idiot for asking even the most well thought out question in regards to issues you have. Prices are through the roof, I’m assuming the bulk of there clients drop off there repairs and there gold cards and let em have at it. Everything they sell can be acquired much cheaper online most times w/​free shipping.
Last time I was in there I had some little tosser hipster with short, shorts worked hallway into his ass crack trying to sell me a fixed gear when I went in to get a set of tires? Upsale much?

One of the friendliest bike shops I’ve ever been to. They talked to me about my repair, they offered advice (but didn’t push anything), they chatted with me about local bike events and other neat bike stuff while I was waiting.
One of the mechanics even stopped what he was doing so he could fix my bike and get me rolling again.
A friendly little shop dog roamed the store while I was there.
The store seemed to cater to everyone from casual bikers to hardcore riders.
