I was in here one evening last week, and I spent some time deliberating on some boots that were on a really good sale. I ended up buying two pairs — and I got home to realize I hadn’t allowed enough extra room for socks.
When I went to exchange them the next morning, I was surprised to see the same young man was working as had been the night before. He had been very pleasant when I checked out the first time, and was just as pleasant dealing with an exchange/​return. I noticed this time that his nametag said he was a manager.
I’ve always liked this store quite a bit over its competitors, and Rack Room has good clearance and sale prices in the back when they’re trying to make room for new stuff.
