Food truck cupcakes. Divine! Love. They are so pretty and just delicious. Once upon a time giant fancy cupcakes seemed silly to me. «Why not just buy a whole cake?» I thought. But then I had an epiphany. I realized that these are in a unique category: Gourmet cupcakes. Nothing ordinary about them. What really rocks is this: A cupcake is controlled portion. If I bring home an entire cake, everyone may pig out. If I buy one delicious cupcake per person, nobody can get too crazy with the sugar and the calories.
