Run the other way! This company does not maintain properties to the standards that they should be. They kept our deposit and rent when we decided it was in too much disrepair and we didn’t want to live in squalor. I signed the lease but my husband hadn’t signed it yet, and he’s the one who works. They said that a lease is a binding contract but my husband never signed it. They were extremely unethical in keeping our $, 1078!
