This is a much overdo review. Used Sam’s Alterations when I was living in Springfield earlier this year.
Took a Liz Claiborne dress there to have the hem line altered (raised and straigthened). The owner (Sam) had me put the dress on, pinned the hem, and wrote up the ticket – all very quickly. The dress was ready two days later. Looks great, fits great.
Owner is very friendly, flexible with scheduling, provides next day alternations, and has great prices. Would definitely use Sam’s Alternation again.
