I will preface this review by saying I made a Unilocal account simply to make this review. From the moment we entered, I felt as if I was having my money taken away from me. I was asked for 5 dollars as a cover with no explanation. One can only assumed it pays for the terribly remixed rap music that was playing. Once we were seated(told sit wherever, not guided mind you) it took a number of minutes to be approached by the«waitress.» We were then informed that we had to buy a hookah for every two people even if the people had no intention of smoking it. Two hookahs and 45 dollars later we played the waiting game. Waiting for our hookah while the«waitress» flirted with other customers, danced, smoked other hookahs and then finally got ours. When I got hungry I had to go ask for food, the«waitress» never returned. By the time my(burnt) pizza came(after having been shooed away when we asked if it was coming), we were quite frustrated. However the angst didn’t end there. Upon paying(the only fast service of the night) we discovered that they round up or down to the nearest DOLLAR. In essence they didn’t simply figuratively steal my money but also literally as well. Please don’t give these people your business, you’ll simply walk away quite pissed off.

Love this place! Great atmosphere, friendly service, decent prices. Can’t complain. The guy James who works there is very friendly and good with his customers. He made me and my friend feel very welcome. We there after everyone else left and he let us still stay and relax. Hands down best hooka lounge I’ve ever been to!

Such a great different time for the weekend. I paid the BYOB fee and cover, which at first I was skeptical of like anyone would be. It’s SO worth it. The service is great, the hookah prices are so reasonable. They have a huge variety of flavors and they are so friendly and professional. The dj that was in there was great and I left very happy. Fully worth the cover and corking fee. Will go back many times!

I have been here four times and it’s consistent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food has always been good. The hookah prices are on par with your average hookah bar. I’m not sure why so many people complain about the $ 5 byob charge. You get to go sit in a nice establishment and drink your own. $ 5 is one beer(plus tip) at most other Delco bars. I’ve been there a few times on the weekend where it was jam packed. I have also been there on the weekdays and it’s much more relaxed. This place has the potential to be a 5 star if it didn’t play such sh***y music. It’s just the worst forms of rap that ever existed played at annoying loud levels most times. It’s really it’s only downfall.

I have come here pretty often and have a great time every visit. The service here is better here than most restaurants I have been too. The flavor variety is amazing and the staff will help you pick flavors based on things you like if you don’t know what to try. I have never showed up and had a bad time, it has always been a great experience for me.

The experience that my friends and I had here was terrible! We go to a lot of different hookah bars around the area from time to time so we were very excited to try this one since it was so close. It was too bad our experience wasn’t up to our expectations. First, they informed us that we would have to pay a $ 5 cover to get in… kind of ridiculous, since usually if you pay a cover there is usually a reason for it such as a band, DJ, etc.(I’m not sure if the person who was running the music could be considered a «DJ» since it seemed like he was just playing random songs from the internet) We were also charged $ 5EACH for BYOB. Usually if there is a charge for BYOB it is by table, not by customer. The waitress was really confused about what drinks we wanted brought to our table, but sat us and brought the drinks over fairly quickly. We tried to order our hookahs, but were informed that they were out of all the flavors that we were interested in. We settled on what flavors we wanted and then sat and waited for our hookahs. In the time we waited, we watched our waitress take shots, dance with other employees/customers, and smoke hookah. Generally it seemed that most of the employees were doing the same. By the time we saw her go over to make our hookah, we had decided it was time to leave. We were still charged a $ 5 each for BYOB even though she had only brought us 1 drink. She didn’t even seem phased by us leaving, so maybe they’re used to it. With the proper changes, this might be a fun place to go, but it’s safe to say my friends and I won’t be back.

My review is being knocked down to 2 stars for a couple reasons. I’ll start off with a positive: you can get a refill of any hookah flavor in any category for $ 5, no matter which category you started out with. I highly recommend the Dragons Breath — you’ll feel like a dragon. Also, if you’re not sure which flavor to get, ask the staff and they will tell you which are the most flavorful. Here are the negatives: they do charge $ 5 cover and $ 5BYOB so you’re looking at $ 10 a person when you walk through the door with the intention of drinking. The only time I’ve paid for a BYOB charge was at a restaurant that was struggling that eventually met its demise. I’ve been to 5 star BYOB restaurants that don’t charge BYOB cover. Moving on. I’ve been to this place several times, every time on a Friday or Saturday night and it is usually half empty(not a good sign). When you walk in, they check ID then they just hand you a menu saying«Sit wherever you want» instead of escorting you. When I first went there, they escorted us so the service is slipping. Now they also take your alcohol and serve drinks to you from the back of the restaurant which I’m not a fan of because the girl who served us only poured 4 glasses worth of wine and said we finished the bottle already. I drink enough wine to know that 4 glasses of wine do not finish a wine bottle. She claimed that the size of the wine glass is much bigger than usual — again, I know my wine and wine glasses to know that it wasn’t that big, plus when she refilled my friend’s glass, there was still wine in it. So I’m paying BYOB charge for you to serve my wine which I can serve myself and you’re gypping me out of my own purchase? They need to rethink these charges and retrain their staff because this place has a lot of potential, but I noticed the increase in prices since the first time I was here(when they first opened) and charging for every possible thing won’t save them. I hope things get better.

Awesome hookah lounge definitely worth the short drive from Philly to check out. It is clean with a super relaxing ambiance. The waitstaff is very friendly and attentive. It is BYOB and I have heard the food is good. Although I didn’t eat when I was here, I will definitely be back to try it. Bottom line, you need to come here.
