Review from Tina M. sounds exactly like my experience with them. They promised to send someone out and never did, and they didn’t call. They also never responded afterward either. I’ve used them before but I never will again. Not only is it bad customer service but I find it very RUDE.

Needed a large white oak tree and large cherry tree cleaned up as well as a large limb removed from another tree. Brian came out and quickly gave me a fair estimate of the work. We agreed on a date but the date came and went and no one showed up. I assumed it was from the cold tempratures. A few day after the date I was expecting them to show up, the crew arrived unannounced. Brian was surprised that I didn’t get an email or phone call. They proceeded to do the work professionally and took great care not to damage the fence and shrubs around the trees. I am very happy with the work but am skeptical of the customer support. I still don’t understand how I could have received all of the emails selling there other services but not the one announcing when the crew would show up to do the one service I did contract them to do.

When they respond, they’re fine — we have no complaints with their actual work. However, I called them about two weeks ago to request that they look at an ailing tree on my property; they promised to send someone out, but no one ever showed. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I called them a couple of days ago to explain the situation. They told me they’d look into it and get back to me; haven’t heard from them since. I think we’ll use someone who actually wants our business from now on.
