After my initial Unilocal rating, I was contacted by Savvi Formalwear General Manager Richard Craig. Mr. Craig left a voicemail for me apologizing for my experience and told me that is not how they conduct business. I returned his call and after a lengthy conversation of him explaining how the visit should have gone versus how it did and assuring me the problems had been corrected, he stated he would be sending me my initial $ 20 back which Manager Amanda had initially refused. I received the money in today’s mail. He also offered me a great deal if I wished to return to Savvi but I already had things set for Seno. I am very impressed with the response from this General Manager! I am not, however, impressed with the fact that the Manager who I had problems with posted a Unilocal review for her own store.
