The owner did not follow through on his promises, the Bride and Groom were introduced by the wrong last name, and the wrong music was played at several «planned dances.» The DJ’s were very nice, they just were not very good. According to the Bride and Groom the owner of the DJ Service said that he would be at the wedding and instead sent to «fill ins» that were just getting the hang of the job. This led to all sorts of issues; including introducing the couple with the wrong name and making all of the guests at the reception watch a slide show on the center stage that was meant to be run in a loop near the entrance for people to watch at their leisure. Simply put, «Use someone else.»
