Were able to help us right away (unlike one of their competitors who jerked us around). Did a great job. Came when they said they would, set up with fans and really dried up the basement quickly.

Cyndy’s Bottom Line: Professional carpet cleaning at it’s best!
We scheduled for two bedroom carpets to be cleaned. Mr. Lloyd Tibbs showed up for the job. So glad he did because he is a professional and an expert in the business with over 20 years of experience.
He recommended I turn down the temperature to allow the carpet to dry well since it was a humid day. He also but guards on the furniture legs so that it would not bleed on to the carpet.
The carpet looked beautiful like it was brand new. Love the lines from the cleaning too.
